Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who is responsible for transporting materials, tools, and equipment between our warehouse, job sites, and suppliers. You’ll also assist with
warehouse duties such as loading/unloading, inventory management, and maintaining a
clean and organized workspace.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company trucks (pickup, flatbed, or box truck) to deliver and pick up materials.
  • Load and unload roofing and mechanical supplies using appropriate equipment.
  • Verify and track inventory coming in and out of the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse stock.
  • Communicate with project managers and field crews to coordinate deliveries.
  • Inspect vehicles daily and report any maintenance needs.
  • Comply with all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
  • Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
  • Knowledge of basic construction materials (roofing or mechanical a plus).
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in warehouse and outdoor environments.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Job Description:

As an HVAC Technician, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on commercial and residential projects. You’ll work alongside a team of professionals in a safety-focused and respectful work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems including ductwork, piping,
    controls, and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment specifications.
  • Perform regular maintenance and diagnostics to ensure system efficiency and
    compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level HVAC & Plumbing Estimator to join our estimating team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with some industry experience who are interested in learning the fundamentals of estimating HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical and plumbing systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing, etc.)
  • Interpret project plans, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Perform material take-offs and quantity surveys using estimating software or manually
  • Request and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Support bid preparation and submission processes
  • Help maintain historical cost data and databases
  • Participate in project walkthroughs and pre-bid meetings
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other estimators to ensure accurate and competitive estimates
  • Follow up with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and competitive pricing

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required. (or equivalent hands-on experience) Also willing to train the right individual without any experience.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to estimating software (such as Bluebeam, Trimble, or QuickBooks Estimator) is a plus
  • Strong math, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and work in a team-oriented environment
